Rent a car Philippines faqs. Can I Rent a Car Self-Drive without a Credit Card or any Proof of Finance?
Having able to pay our affordable rental rates/fee,security bond and all necessary sub charges doesn’t mean you’re credible enough to be trusted with valuable assets and millions of pesos worth of car. We simply do not want to accept money unless we find you trustworthy and responsible
car rent manila are unlike other companies which would simply accept your money and later deny you with the car. Because of your lack of credit worthiness.
It’s a MUST to show proof of finance to check your credit worthiness and credibility. Credit card statement,payslip, income tax return, and other similar documents are acceptable.
Do i have guarantee o warranty in case of car breakdown?
If it is normal wear and tear of the rented vehicle, it will be the sole responsibility of our company.but if it’s driver’s negligence (kapabayaan) or misuse (maling paggamit) it will at renters expense.
Usual sample of driver’s negligence:
1) battery discharge,
2) tire blow-out or other incidents and such.

Am I responsible for cleaning the car before returning it?
Not only we offer the most affordable Car Rental Rates.We are also strict when it comes to our cars cleanliness and Car Maintenance therefore please Clean your trash, dirt and crumbs out of the car before you return it.If the rental company finds the car unsuitable for inspection of scratch or dents. And has to do more than a quick brush and vacuum, the rental company will have to HOLD or even forfiet your entire security bond.

Why do you charge delivery or pull-out?
Arranging car delivery and pull-out couldn’t be easier. Choose a time and your location address. And we will deliver or pull out the rented vehicle to save you time thus more convenience .
Please allow at least 24 hours notice for the time and location of the delivery or collection of the car or simply call (02)8438561/09778171690 for any special request
In case of delays (client), our driver would either wait (with a fee of 300/hr after waiting 2 hours) or re-schedule the delivery/collection if needed with a new fee.
NOTE: For Self Drive Car Rentals Only
How do you define one (1) day, is it 24 hours?
We do not follow 24-hour rule. Our policy is based on 11 PM cut-off time.
If you rent one day. You may start anytime of the day and return it the same day as early as 2 am. If you rent 7 days, you start January 1st and return the car on the January 7th on or before 11 PM.
